Basic Floor Plans

For a flat fee, I will come to your location and measure the area getting all the details I need. Then I will draft the floor plans for you. I will then send you an electronic copy of the drawing in PDF format

Elevation Views

I can also provide elevation views. These are not normally required, but can be nice for showing future building plans.

Drawings for contractors to bid on.

Planning a project that requires a contractor?I can take your plan and put in on drawings for you to submit to contracts for bid.

Having drawings that look professional will help your contractor understand what you want and will help them more accurately quote your project.

I can provide drawings for most renovations, sheds, garages, workshop and more.

Experience

I have been drafting industrial projects since the mid 90's, including machinery layout to detail plans for fabrication. I also have done electrical drawings for large projects.

I have drafted several plans for building permits for myself as well as others.

I have drawn floor plans for real estate offices to use when selling homes.

Some flat rates may apply depending on application.

I can take your plan and put in on drawings for you to submit to the city, district for building approval.

Having drawing that look professional will make your project easier for others to understand what you are building.

I can provide basic drawings for most renovations, sheds, garages, workshop and more.

Note: Some portions of a plan may require engineering or engineered drawings.

Format

Typically drawings are provided in PDF format and can be on any size of paper you choose.

I can also provide printed copies on paper sizes of 8.5" x 11" or 11" x 17".
